As Senior Data Privacy Consultant and Managing Director at MKM Datenschutz GmbH since December 2023, Robert Postler advises numerous international and national companies, associations and organisations on compliance with and implementation of the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Robert Postler studied business law at the Technical University of Dresden and successfully obtained the degrees Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.). He is a certified data protection officer (TÜV Rheinland) and has acquired the university certificate for Data Protection Risk Manager while working.
In addition, Mr. Postler has been actively involved in the research project “AUDITOR”, the goal of which is the conceptualization, testing and implementation of a sustainable applicable EU-wide data protection certification of cloud services.
